These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of RetroifyMe at retroifyme.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading a photo, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RetroifyMe lets you upload personal photos and apply background removal, background blur, cropping, compression, and AI-generated stylistic transformations recreating the look and feel of past decades (including the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s), with more styles added over time. Output is delivered to you as downloadable digital images. Features, styles, and pricing may change at our discretion.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use RetroifyMe.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to AI/ML processing partners as described in our Privacy Policy).

You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and consents to upload, any photo you submit (including consent from any other identifiable person appearing in it), and that the photo does not depict a minor.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Depicts any identifiable person without their consent, or depicts a minor in any form.
• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Depicts graphic violence, gore, or self-harm.
• Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is used to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive any person, including "deepfake" style misuse of the Service to misrepresent a real person.
• Is otherwise unlawful, fraudulent, or violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content, and to suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this section, and to report unlawful content (including content involving the exploitation of minors) to the appropriate authorities.

AI-Generated Output & Ownership

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment where applicable, you own the AI-generated output images created from your own uploaded photos, for personal and commercial use.
• We may use anonymised, non-identifiable sample outputs for marketing or portfolio purposes unless you opt out by emailing support@retroifyme.com.
• AI outputs are generated algorithmically. Results may vary in quality, likeness, and artistic accuracy, and are provided "as is" without any guarantee of a specific outcome.
• We do not claim ownership of your original photos or your generated images beyond the licence described above.

Plans & Payments

• RetroifyMe offers a Free plan and paid Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans, each with its own daily usage limit, as described on our Billing page.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout and may vary by region.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay.
• Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand, per our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing at any time; changes apply prospectively and will be communicated before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated results are produced using machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsatisfactory; we do not guarantee any particular artistic outcome. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or style at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum4U Lab Pvt. Ltd., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including the rights of any individual depicted in a photo you upload.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violating these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings or by emailing support@retroifyme.com. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Third-Party Services

RetroifyMe integrates with third-party payment processors and AI/ML service providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [Your City], [Your State], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@retroifyme.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of RetroifyMe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
